When Weight Watchers updated their branding, they required an on-time rollout of the new concept in coordination with a national marketing campaign. Our team worked with their real estate team to coordinate commercial building rebrands across 12 Twin Cities locations in four months. Through real time project tracking and coordination with both the national real estate team and the local managers, we kept the project on track and on time. Now, the rebranded commercial spaces reflect the new brand identity and maintain a seamless experience for customers.
